Plantation

Our plantation sits high in North Bali’s mountains—cool climate, rich volcanic soil, and natural shade. Here, coffee grows slowly and flavour develops deeply.

The Munduk Coffee plantation is a living landscape: terraces edged with forest, fruit and shade trees, and cool mists that roll in every afternoon. High elevation and volcanic soils let the cherries ripen slowly, concentrating sweetness and complexity.

We practice thoughtful agriculture—selective hand-picking, careful processing (natural, honey, and washed), sundrying on raised beds when weather allows, and constant cupping to guide our roasts. Working this closely with the land helps us reduce waste, protect biodiversity, and keep quality consistent from harvest to harvest.

Visiting Bali? Come walk the rows, taste coffees from different processes, and see how mountain weather shapes the cup from farm to roast.
